Guide

What to ask before you book a pumper.

A roster match is a starting point. The first call still has to confirm the job.

Start with the address, the system type if you know it, and the problem: routine pump-out, slow drains, wet yard, or sewage in the house. Ask if they pump residential tanks at that street this week.

Ask what is included: locating the lid, pumping, a visual look at the tank, and haul-away. Ask what is extra: a second tank, a hard-to-find lid, after-hours, or a long drive. Write the number down.

Ask where the waste goes. Licensed haulers take septage to an approved facility. If the answer is vague, keep calling. This directory does not rate companies and does not invent reviews.

Keep the company name, phone, date, and gallons if they tell you. The next owner of the house will want that record. If the company is also on Oklahoma Aerobic Guide, that is a separate credential — ask which job they are quoting.

General information for Oklahoma homeowners, not legal advice and not a booking. Compare companies on the directory and confirm the job directly.

Quick answers

Should I pick the closest city?

Start there, then confirm the street. A nearby mailing city is not a dispatch promise.

Do you book the job?

No. You call the company. Using the directory never creates a booking.

Why is there no star rating?

We republish the official roster. We do not invent reviews.
